Disaster Recovery Plan
As part of the diploma course, we were given an assignment which was to create a disaster recovery plan.
A disaster recovery plan (also known as a drp) is a plan in which you follow when you come across an error/disaster while working. Eg- computer failure, theft of computer equipment, network failure, natural disasters and lots more.
What I got out of this report…
I learnt about the different methods and ways you can protect or help reduce the negative effects on a computer.Eg- If a file is to corrupt you would repair the disk, and remove the files away from the infected area. These would help the situation.
